What is your favorite aspect of recruiting?

Connecting with people, coaching them through the process and for some, helping them get a foot into tech to jump start their career.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for candidates in this market? For employers?

Same advice for both–this is the most competitive market in the nation. Both need to act quick, bring your A games, and convey that you want to be there and that they want to have you there.

What is the best piece of advice you have for candidates?

The separation is in the preparation.

What do you love to do when you aren’t working?

Watch sports, take my dog out to the beach, travel, crab fishing in the summer.
