Principal Product Manager
Seattle, WA
TalentReach is hiring on behalf of a growing healthcare technology company seeking a hands-on Principal Product Manager to help shape and scale customer-facing, operational, and technology-driven product experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and engineering. We're looking for someone who can take complex, high-value problems, determine what truly needs to be solved, and turn those insights into clear product decisions, execution-ready requirements, and measurable outcomes.
As Principal Product Manager, you'll own the product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through requirements, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, Data, and business stakeholders to ensure product investments solve meaningful problems rather than simply respond to feature requests. You'll bring structure to ambiguous opportunities, establish clear success metrics before development begins, and make timely product decisions throughout delivery.
This is a hands-on role for a Principal Product Manager who wants to stay close to users, workflows, data, and the actual work being built.
