This month, TalentReach is celebrating a significant milestone: its five-year anniversary. We’re taking a moment to celebrate this hard-won achievement. It isn’t just any five years – the past five years have been some of the most challenging for everyone as the world faced an unprecedented global pandemic. Hiring screeched to a halt for many top companies – a tough time for any recruiting or staffing agency, but especially a new one. We’re proud to say we managed not just to survive but to thrive as we created a new kind of agency – one set up for the future of work.

Our founders, Jeff Sears and Eric Crawford, set out to build a new model of recruiting, focused on relationships and people, rather than relying on sheer volumes of resumes thrown at employers. At the core, our founders believe there is no more important mission of a successful company than hiring. No matter the product or service, no business can be successful without the right people. Their hypothesis has proved correct, and as the competition for top talent has gotten tougher, more and more clients are turning to TalentReach to give them a competitive edge.

The pandemic forced Jeff and Eric to really focus and be able to pivot quickly to market conditions. We were able to quickly move to remote work ourselves, ditching the corporate office, and saw how this could help clients as well. Suddenly, we moved from recruiting primarily in the Pacific Northwest to sourcing talent from all over the country and world, to meet the needs of newly-remote office employers.  

TalentReach practices what we preach: by keeping our focus on people and corporate culture, we have become a distinguished place to work, winning multiple awards for being a Best Place to Work, as voted on by the employees. We support our team, whom we consider the “secret sauce” in our success. As the landscape has changed, we have thoughtfully built a team we are incredibly proud of. 

TalentReach is already looking forward to the next five years and beyond. We have plans to expand into other verticals and even more geographic areas. We hope to sustain and strengthen the relationships they have with clients, and build more going forward. But before we move ahead, we are pausing to celebrate where we’ve come from. We couldn’t have done this without our amazing clients and partners who put their faith and trust in us, and the incredible employees who are getting the job done each day. Thank you!
