What is your favorite aspect of recruiting?

I love meeting interesting, engaging people, helping define “what they’d like to do next” and doing what I can to facilitate that fit. 

What do you see as the biggest challenge for candidates in this market? For employers?

Getting good people they can afford!

What is the best piece of advice you have for candidates?

Decide what you want ahead of time, what will it take to get you to be THRILLED to accept, what are deal breakers; people do their best work when they are excited to be there. 

Why do you think TR is one of the best places  to work?

​​Engagement. Everyone I’ve met is so engaged, open to new ideas, willing to talk things through and incredibly supportive and FUN.

What do you love to do when you aren’t working?

I love spending time in the sun with my partner, friends and family.
