What is your favorite aspect of recruiting?

The world of recruitment is extremely fast-paced, competitive, and no two days are the same. I’m a business athlete with a passion for competition, teamwork, and triumph! One of the greatest parts of recruiting is constantly bringing people together. Helping candidates to find their dream job and solving our clients most pressing talent needs.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for candidates in this market? For employers?

The biggest challenge I see today for talented candidates is the ability to clearly articulate their experience (both quantitative and qualitative) on their resume. On the other hand, for employers its retaining high performers.

What is the best piece of advice you have for candidates?

Know what you want, sell your value, and be confident in your achievements.

What do you love to do when you aren’t working?

I love spending time with my family and friends. My other passions include being exploring the PNW, cars, riding motorcycles, working out, sports, music, real estate, and reading.
