What is your favorite aspect of recruiting?

Opportunity. I can control my business and ultimately define it’s level of success.

What do you see as the biggest challenge for candidates in this market? For employers?

With the pandemic we have seen a huge shift to remote roles. There are more opportunities for clients and candidates to get placements and to lose them.

What is the best piece of advice you have for candidates?

Be yourself, speak clearly and concisely to what the job description is asking for.

What do you love to do when you aren’t working?

Brazilian Ju Jitsu and riding my motorcycle.
