The Opportunity

As our Growth Marketing Manager you are responsible for building up our growth marketing engine that will acquire users through various paid and non paid channels. Ideal candidate is creative and thinks outside the box, while being very data driven and focused on cool geeky stuff like optimizing conversion rates and running stat sig A|B tests. You’ll work directly with everybody on our team as this role touches many different parts of the business. A unique opportunity to start on the ground floor of a company revolutionizing real estate investing.

You Might be a Fit for this Role if You
– Have at least 3-5 years hands on experience as a growth marketer in a startup environment.– Are a scrappy go getter that can learn quick, is not afraid of trying new things, and will do whatever it takes to grow users quickly and cheaply.– Can come up with innovative and sometimes crazy ideas about how to grow new user signups – Understands the basics about user data collection and tracking tools and processes to help improve conversion rates and refine product.– Have run stat sig A|B tests in the past to help improve conversion rates and increase new investors– Have experience with paid marketing campaigns, optimizing CPA across different channels.– Understands the basics of content marketing, SEO, and how to drive organic traffic.– Thrive in a fast-paced unstructured environment where you are responsible for setting your priorities and owning your schedule.– Can reduce complex problems down to simple solutions that solve problems.– Have colleagues or stakeholders in other functions compliment your ability to explain your work, process, and decision-making.– Love working with other team members to help them learn and grow, and also have them help you learn and grow.
